The Collins VHF-251A is the newer 760 COMM channel version of the standard VHF-251. It also meets also meets the international requirements for offset carrier environment audio frequency response.
Pilots really appreciate the way its display shows the frequency... it's big and bold. They also appreciate its excellent reliability. The Collins VHF-251A is fairly deep, but it takes up little space on your panel.
