Product Description
The KR-87's job is to tune in distant NDB stations. One innovation that improves this performance is King's Coherent Detection circuitry. The KR-87 uses this circuitry for better range, a cleaner signal, and less interference.
This slim-line radio has King's easy-to-read, bright gas-discharge display. This display shows simultaneous active and standby ADF frequencies. The King KR-87 also features:
- Push button frequency flip-flop
- Self-dimming display for low light operation
- Internal timer for flight time and elapsed time
- RMI outputs for use with a KI-229 or KNI-582 RMI
- TSO'd
