The King KR-85 System is a complete but basic ADF. It offers King quality at an affordable price. This is the "KX-170B of the ADF market".
There are three main components to this system:
- King KR-85 ADF Receiver
- King KI-225 ADF Indicator
- King KA-42B ADF Loop / Sense Antenna
Please note that the KA-42B works as both a loop antenna and a sense antenna. There is no need to hang an unattractive and drag-producing long wire antenna on your aircraft.
