King's KX-170B is a solid-state NAV/COMM transceiver, with a legendary reputation for reliability and dependability. It uses a mechanical frequency display. This radio doesn't have any frills, but it does its job and does it well.
The KX-170 series became an industry standard because more than 100,000 were manufactured. This is the most common and popular King NAV/COMM. Parts and service will be available for this radio for the foreseeable future.
Many of our KX-170B's, like the one pictured here, have a refurbished face plate and look very clean. These are used avionics that don't look used up!
The KX-170B features:
- 720 COMM channels
- 200 NAV channels
- 7 watts minimum power
